Upcoming talk at Balwyn Historical Society on 12 March 2026
If you would like to hear me present in person, this is your chance!
This coming Thursday, I will be giving a talk at the monthly meeting of the Balwyn Historical Society. The topic will be on the huge floods that devastated Victoria in 1934 with a focus on how it affected Balwyn and the surrounding areas.
The talk will be held on Thursday 12 March at 7:30pm at the Balwyn Library at 333 Whitehorse Road in Balwyn (please use the main entrance on Whitehorse Road).
Visitors are very welcome. But if you would like to join the Society as a member, even better! See our membership page here for details. We run a lot of other events and programmes and are always looking for new people.
You can find more information on the event and the Society in general on our website here.
Looking forward to seeing you there!
